I love you
Among all things
Gone wrong
I love you
In the silent departures
In longing
And belonging
I love you
In the falling leaves
And under maple trees
I love you
In the footsteps left behind
And the ones not yet made
I love you
Walk with me
My love,
Let us walk
Together
Further and further
Into life
Deeper and deeper
Into love
Was just dropping by to leave you a link, but I see my pingback link has made it for me!
I hope you like the way it’s presented? Please have a good read of your work just in case there are any
errors. It should be okay, but best to double check. If there are any or you’d like to change something, please let me know.
Thanks so much for allowing me to publish your lovely poetry Trini!
Suzy π
Thank you! β€ Do you think you could send the link again? I didn't see that pingback. It is so lovely that you wanted to publish my poem β€
The pingback is just above my comment! Your very pretty background might be helping to hide it!! π But anyway, here’s another link for you https://thewritinggarden.wordpress.com/2015/05/03/the-writing-garden-issue-three/
Oh, Thank you so so much! β€

Okay, that’s fine – blog only, no problem! Thank you for link, that will be really great Trini, so kind of you!! π
π We must support each other in the poetry world! π It needs to expand! π π
Hello Trini, I have a request for you!
I was wondering if I could publish this beautiful poem in the next issue of a free online literary magazine of mine?
It’s a new website and only has two issues published at the moment, but it’s received a lot of attention and Facebook/Twitter shares/likes. I’m hoping it will build a good readership quite quickly. It’s free for anyone to read and the aim is primarily to help promote writers on websites and blogs from all over the internet. https://thewritinggarden.wordpress.com/
The copyright remains with the writer and I always include a link back to where the work was originally published and also any other social media links you’d like me to include (please let me know which ones –
if you have any).
If you would be interested in allowing me to publish your work please check out the magazine and let me know your decision. But if you’d rather not, don’t hesitate to say no, I really won’t mind.
Suzy :o)
Of course you may publish it in your magazine Suzy π β€ I love sharing, I feel that my poems have a message to the word so I want them to be read and felt by many π I will check out the magazine π What a wonderful thing you are doing! π Thank you for that! β€
What a lovely magazine!! π You have done a wonderful job with it! π My poem will look lovely there π Of course you can publish it π
Thank you so much Trini, that will be great! I’ll give you a link back to the post here and to your home page on your blog, but would you like any other links – Facebook, Twitter, or even another blog? It’s not essential, but I can add them in for you if you’d like me to.
So when the next issue is published, I’ll come back here and give you a link to the final result. I am enjoying creating this magazine, I have to work well in advance so I’m not rushing it, but it’s a good feeling of giving rather than receiving, and has also got me reading writing, or poetry in a very different way. Blogging was beginning to feel a little pointless, but this has revived my feelings for it all. And I’m so glad you like it, that means a lot! π
I don’t do any other social medias so link to this blog is fine π I will post the link to your magazine her as well when my poem is published, perhaps that can get you even more readers! π I think it is so lovely what you are doing π I really admire you for it π Thank you! π
