About

Dear Friend,

I am so happy to see you here! My name is Trini Lind, and I am a freelance writer, an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and what is popularly called an Empath. I am from a coastal city called Stavanger on the South-West coast of Norway.

My site «Paths of the Spirit” is mostly dedicated to Mindfulness, Spirituality and poetry, but you will sometimes also find articles, short stories and travel pieces.

I am artistic and spiritual, a natural philosopher, and a practitioner of Mindfulness.

I am fascinated by the journey we all go through, not just the physical journey without, but the psychological and spiritual journey within. I believe we have come here to fulfill our highest potential, as individuals as well as a unity.

I have my academic background in Psychology, Developmental Psychology (specializing in Highly Sensitive Children), Comparative Religion and Multiculturalism. I have previously worked with HSP children, Teenage girls with Eating Disorders, and Minority Children. I have also conducted Fairy Tale workshops for small children and Youth Groups for teenagers.

I have NON-formal training in Meditation and Spiritual knowledge from Stavanger Yoga centre, Creative Writing from Aran Island in Ireland, Oil panting from a local artist in Sandnes, Astrology from professional Astrologers in Denmark and Ireland, and introduction to Hindu Mysticism and Vedic Philosophy from various teachers in India.

I have published articles in newspapers, magazines and online subscriptions about Spirituality, Eating Disorders, and underprivileged Children. I have also had poems and short stories published in children’s magazines and other publications.

Being artistic I love everything that allows me to be creative! I love to paint and draw, I love music and dancing (I actually took classes in Ballroom, African dance and Latin when I was younger!), Theater (not much experience there, only from school musicals 😄😄), singing (I used to sing in a choir when I was younger), and Vintage Fashion (I worked in a beloved Vintage Dress Shop all through college!).

I am so happy you have come to visit me here and I hope you will enjoy my site!

Lots of Love from Trini. 💖

And [this card I drew for you today], translates as such:

      Meaning and Reward
Should life give you thorns, just stop for a moment! Take a step back, do nothing – and look at it closely. There is a part of you that has caused life to summon them up for you, so as to allow you to grow even more deeply into the love for yourself. The beauty and the depth of your love is the reward for painful moments.”

      Fullmoon healing blessings today, and
Sooo much Love to you always, Trini!

      😊💜🙏
      through
      Leon

  1. I think I sometimes get your energy (vibes) because how you live your life seems like a dream when I am walking.
